These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Member", or "Player") and pop4d ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). | "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency accepted for transactions on the Platform. |
To register and use the pop4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
Age Verification: pop4d takes age verification very seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage access to betting platforms.
Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the pop4d Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (NIK), current residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Any intentional provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pop4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where reasonable account security precautions were not maintained by the Member.
Sharing your account with any other individual, including family members, is strictly prohibited. Each account is personal and non-transferable. Betting activity must at all times be conducted solely by the registered account holder.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact pop4d support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
pop4d is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. This Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory and non-waivable.
Standard KYC verification is processed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. During high-volume periods (e.g., major sporting events, public holidays), processing may take up to 48 hours. Members will be notified via email and in-app notification upon completion.
Members who fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is successfully completed. pop4d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process.
pop4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. Deposits may be made via any of the following supported payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating account, subject to applicable bank processing fees.
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1-5 minutes during standard banking hours. Transfers made outside of standard banking hours may take up to 30 minutes to be confirmed.
All Member funds are held in segregated accounts separate from pop4d's operational funds. pop4d does not use Member funds for operational expenses, and your balance is available for withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms.
Only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refunded and may result in account review.
pop4d processes withdrawal requests within 5 minutes on average. During peak periods or following large withdrawals, processing may take up to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods registered in the Member's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Requests below this amount will not be processed.

All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pop4d does not offer withdrawals in foreign currency.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pop4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before they may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires the Member to wager a total of Rp 1,000,000 before the bonus or resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Member's account will expire and be forfeited automatically.
pop4d reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus, and to suspend or permanently close any account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or colluding with other Members to circumvent bonus terms.
Responsible Bonus Use: Bonuses are intended to enhance your gaming experience, not to serve as a guaranteed income source. Always read the specific wagering requirements before accepting a bonus. You may decline a bonus by contacting support before it is used.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. pop4d reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that an error occurred in the odds, game result, or bet acceptance process. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the AFF Cup, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market type. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay (accumulator), and in-play betting rules are published in the Platform's help section.
In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability and network conditions. pop4d cannot guarantee bet acceptance during periods of high traffic or system latency. Bets accepted in error during obvious data feed interruptions may be voided at pop4d's sole discretion.
All slot gacor titles and RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on the Platform are certified by independent third-party auditors for fairness and randomness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

Members may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's account will be locked, and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
pop4d strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pop4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pop4d. Unauthorized use of pop4d's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
The pop4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pop4d makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or its content.
pop4d shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, civil unrest, or natural disasters.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pop4d's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pop4d shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if pop4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that participation in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform may result in the loss of funds. pop4d is not responsible for individual gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pop4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus balances not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
pop4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:
Upon account termination for breach, pop4d may withhold or forfeit any remaining balance where the balance was derived from activity that violated these Terms. pop4d will notify the Member of any balance forfeiture decision and the grounds for it.
pop4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pop4d will notify registered Members via email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pop4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through pop4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable Indonesian law to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
